Good haircut and good experience overall. I'm rating it 4 on 5 because I had an appointment of 90 mins and the haircut was completed in one hour.

The salon is nice in a great location, the salon ladies are lovely and the treatment they recommended for my hair was so good. Unfortunately my stylist and I had some communication breakdowns. She trimmed my hair nicely but I don’t think she understood my request of cutting in layers as she advised she could only cut in feathering at the front, not all the way around my head in the top layers. I just felt I paid a lot for a trim when I didn’t get what I’d asked for + she wasn’t confident.

Very clean salon, appointment ran on time, everything felt very covid-safe (staff wearing masks, salon not to crowded). This was my first beauty treatment since lockdown lifted so I was a bit nervous, but Daivas put me at ease. Bandu did a really terrific job with my eyebrows and I will definitely be coming back.
