I found the booking very easy and simple. I was greeted when I entered the store and swiftly seen. My stylist was very friendly and chatty and spent some time finding out what requirements I had. I felt that she really took note of what I wanted. The time spent washing my hair was good - not like she just wanted it done. She then took her time to style my hair. I was happy with the cut and the treatment I received.
