Olga is a great hairdresser and the treatment was very relaxing. This treatment is a leave in for 3 days treatment so it’s good to know that ahead of time. Good value for money and lovely. Olga was very knowledgeable about my colour too- I will definitely be returning to this salon.
Great staff, only complaint would be the hair washing basin is very low and therefore a bit uncomfortable for a tall person
I didn’t get the name of my stylist, unfortunately, but she listened to what I wanted, gave her advice on what would look best and I was very happy with the end result!
Third visit to this salon and I came out feeling disappointed. First of all, when choosing my colours my hairdresser forced me into having a treatment mixed into the bleach. I said no three times and she persisted so much and made me feel so guilty that I did it, not knowing it would be an extra £20!!!
Then the hairdresser continued to do my hair which was fine. However she asked me to tear foils for her which I don’t think is something a client should have to do. Also she went out for cigarette breaks leaving me in the salon totally alone and came back smelling of smoke. Finally my experience was worstened when what felt like the owner came into the salon with a builder for the next hour walking around and discussing. Didn’t exactly create the atmosphere I was looking for when I was spending so much money. Then, I asked for her to put layers in my hair for the cut, an instruction she totally ignored and at this point I couldn’t be bothered as she was running almost an hour behind schedule and I was late for my next appointment. Finally when paying for the extra treatment the hairdresser told me that I should book directly through them not treatwell and I said, I only do that as it’s sometimes £20 cheaper. She then argued with me about it.
All in all, not sure I’ll return. A shame as usually it’s pretty good.
