Had the Fibre Force treatment 2 days ago and my hair is still feeling stronger than ever. Have gotten compliments on the shiney and healthy look and my hair feels amazing. Vicky was so nice and was great to chat with. The head massage with the treatment was also very nice. Thank you for a great experience.
I was left waiting for over 20mins and am use to a salon that wouldn't let that happen. There were staff just wondering around looking in the mirror at themselves and nobody took me to wash my hair. I had a treatment which was suppose to be left on for 10mins and ended up being left on for about 25mins as the hairdresser went to the shop and was sat out the back. I found the whole experience really frustrating as the parking isn't great round the shop so I knew I was going to be very late back to my car over 45mins late. For a treatment cut and blow dry I was in there for 2hrs which is far too long. I didn't find the staff particularly professional either for example they were talking about the boss telling them off and watching the cameras etc and despite the fact there are other positives reviews online my experience was far from a great one. Unfortunately I would never recommend the salon to anyone or ever return. I am new to the area and this was definitely a test for me but I think I'd prefer to travel 40mins to where I would usually go!

Desperately needed a cut and love my lob. They knew exactly what I wanted and styling it in messy beach waves just how I like it. Really lovely staff. Very happy :)
