I had initially booked the wrong salon - Greenwich instead of Blackheath. Very pleased how the team handled my mistake and made several calls to the Greenwich branch. Great team and thankyou.

Had my hair done today as a new customer ,had a lovely kind lady called Olga she listened to me and made me feel and look fabulous will definitely be going back also fantastic value for money my only regret I wasn't going out to show my hair off.. I love it
