Mixed feelings.
More expensive than my usual place but decided to treat myself.
Started off well, colour was great! Haircut and blowdry was very rough. Felt like half of my hair had been pulled out by the end of it. I was wincing!
I prepaid and was told on the way out I needed to pay extra. A bit confused as this wasn't mentioned before. Toner for my highlights was an extra £25. Woman who asked for it was very rude considering I'd just spent £200, and I left feeling miserable.
Won't be back.
Everything was amazing! The salon is very clean and there’s hand sanitiser at the entrance. Yulia is a very talented stylist. She listened to my request, worked meticulously and also gave me some useful hair care tips. I finally have the one length haircut I’ve been wanting for years! I’m super happy with the result.
Vito was fantastic, he really took on board what I asked for and did an amazing job
Absolutely fantastic results, I am so happy. I showed my lovely stylist a photo of my dream colour and cut and the outcome is amazing. I had post-Covid blonde hair which was so dull and brassy, and now it looks gorgeous. Thank you so much.
Staff were incredibly accommodating after Treatwell double booked my appointment so one of the staff stayed late in order to fit me in which I was very grateful for, great haircut
