The staff was extremely rude, and the price of my simple haircut was overpriced. Overall, I am unhappy with my experience and will definitely, not be going here again!

After some confusion with the venue about the conditions of a purchased voucher, Wahanda emailed to confirm I could contact the venue to book an appointment for the day of my choosing. I left it for a few weeks and then booked an appointment on the venue's website. They sent me an email to confirm a weekend appointment. It was a pleasant venue and seemed relaxed with two hairdressers on duty for a weekend afternoon. Have already bought my next voucher via Wahanda for this venue to use anytime up to June as the hairdresser I had was pleasant, attentive and was happy to keep checking that I was happy with what she was doing.
