It was my first time her and Shabana was my beautician and she was great. Came out completely hair free and she made me feel very comfortable during the treatment. Very happy and will be using them all the time now.

I booked a gel manicure, when I arrived I was told it would be £20 extra to have my cuticles done. Not clear at booking. I decided to go ahead and it was the more experience, my nails were not left to soak for long enough so the old gel was painfully scraped off. Cuticles were barely touched and then when she tried to shape them, I said they weren’t even I was given the file to do it myself!! We decided to stop the treatment. I am waiting for a refund, let’s see if it comes! Awful!
