I did not notice that my wax was wonky until I got home. I am not very happy with how it looks on this occasion.
I also felt my request was not listened to and I was pressured into having more done then I originally went in for. When it was time to pay I was charged double the amount of the original service I had asked for and was told that was because they removed more hair for me (even though I said more then twice, during my appointment that I was happy to have just the basic service, yet they ignored this and proceeded anyway). I did not cause argument in the salon because that is not in my nature however they have lost a customer as I will not be returning, especially as there are cheaper places out there that provide a better service.
