Very friendly staff, but I did my eyelashes and it started falling out the day after, called in to rectify this and was told to come in, I called before I left and was told it’s all booked up. Not a very great birthday gift

I always go here but unfortunately had a bit of a poor experience this time - was rushed and made to feel like I was an inconvenience.
Treatment itself was good - although not offered any soothing gel.
