Damien does an amazing job. My brief is usually-trendy, business like & age appropriate for a male in his late 40’s. I still like being trendy, but know where to draw the line. When I’ve not seen anything to meet my brief Damien is always full of ideas; which always fuse cutting edge & traditional styles. I find the salon relaxed, friendly and professional without being pretentious or stuffy. A great place to go relax & “let your hair down”...😋
Shawn has been cutting my hair for 10 years, and is undoubtedly the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. He is always willing to listen to ideas, but is helpfully realistic too! He works a special miracle such that I always look and feel better after he’s finished with me - and sometimes that must have presented quite a challenge to him!
The salon is a little gem, and although a little more space might be nice (wouldn’t it always?!), I always feel welcome - a valued customer, rather than just the next client. Shawn and his colleagues are attentive, but not fussy.
Having tried lots of salons in the past, I got fed up of fake smiles and inane conversation in very ‘precious’ environments. At MMH, the atmosphere is both professional and relaxed: I always enjoy my visits.
I have had less expensive haircuts, but none of them were nearly as good: ultimately, it’s style and value for money that count for me - and that’s why I’ve been coming back so long (well, that and the amazing decorations at Christmas!).
