They are very talented staff and the quality of what you get is superb. There's an element of service that is sometimes lacking where stylists continue their conversations about weekend plans etc. in front of you, or discuss other wotk related things. But I'm willing to take this as it's the haircut/colour that you're left with which is the most important thing.
