Appointment was nowhere near 45 minutes of work for the £24 charged. For my wet cut she suggested I didn't need my hair washed, and while the appointment was going on she answered her personal phone twice. This meant I ended up paying £24 for about 8 minutes of her time, which felt like a huge rip off.
Really nice salon, lovely hairdresser. I have very thin hair so often feel expensive haircuts aren't good value for money - even with the discount, for a wet cut and the amount I had done, it wasn't great value for money. Nonetheless, it is a good salon and I would go there again.
