Possibly one of the worst hairdressing experiences if I had in London. No client care, left many times alone waiting. With my hair wet twice. No drink cans. The hairdresser gave me a around a minute of her attention when explaining what I want. Unsurprisingly I now need to pay to get my hair cut again as the cut is not what I want. Would never go back.

Had a bit of a wait due to me making a last minute booking online but the staff were welcoming and apologetic. They provided refreshments while I waited, and I had a really lovely haircut and chat with the stylist. Really happy with the cut and the experience as a whole. Very convenient location too.
