I asked for a light and subtle brunette look and the woman was lovely and polite but it came out bright blonde/caramel and it was just not what I wanted at all, to the point that I’ve left the salon and booked in to get something else done immediately. :( my hair was washed and treated brilliantly but the colour was so so not what I wanted, I’m so upset.
