Christina (Tina) did a great job of giving me a subtle balayage and a nice simple layered shoulder length haircut (as I wanted). She was very attentive and sweet, ensuring that the overall experience was relaxing. I will be going back!
My overall experience was fine but nothing particular that would make me want to return. I had half head highlights and a blow-dry. When I arrived I had to wait for some time for the hairdresser to finish texting on his phone. I asked that at the highlights are done in the inner layers of the hair and the hairdresser decided to do balayage instead without really explaining or suggesting this to me. The washing was rather quick with no massaging the scalp. In general I had the feeling that they wanted to finish asap. The blow-dry was done again quickly starting from the upper side of the head (never experienced this before) and then changing sides without really going through all the hair. As a result I could feel some parts of my hair not quite dry and although I pointed this out. I had to redo my hair with a straightener when I got back home to make sure the blow dry would last for a few days.
