Very friendly, very welcoming, always explained what she she was doing and gave me the reassurance of every step, very gentle and great customer service skills. She managed to put me to sleep with the massage. Would definitely use her again. The place was very clean and tidy
Only thing i would suggest, if the massage bed was a bit bigger as my arms hung off the side but she still managed to bring them back up and massage them
