Was very disappointed by my keratin treatment and haircut, - He applied the product to wet hair (never seen this before) - He started straightening my wet hair - it obviously wasn't working well so then he changed his mind and dried it but in a bad way - My hair wasn't cut straight!!! - In the middle of the process he asked me to wait for 30 minutes while he could cut someone else's hair ... so i left as that was too much for me to accept...
