Daniel is a true professional and made me feel completely at ease ,He explained the treatment and it was a very relaxing atmosphere and as it was only my second ever experience of having treatments in sensitive areas a relaxing waxing. This was my first experience waxing. I was made to feel comfortable. The consultation, conversation and friendly banter allow me to feel at ease. Daniel is very knowledgable on subject matters of skincare, grooming, fitness and nutrition. I'll definitely be back and definitely recommend.

Daniel was welcoming & friendly, his space was clean
Here were my concerns- which I will give as factually as possible:
1. Gloves were not worn
2. Unnecessary physical compliments were made during the treatment. Which was awkward
3. Treatment took 1hr- was scheduled to take 45 mins. Much care was taken over areas with minimal hair in the first place
4. Lights were turned down which ultimately lead to hairs being missed
Overall experience made me feel uncomfortable
