completely different hair style from what I ordered

I booked a beard-shape for my partner at short notice- about an hour in advance.
The staff were engaged and courteous and offered us both coffee.
I unfortunately can’t remember the name of he gentleman who saw my partner, but he did a really excellent job.
My partner is very happy with his beard now (and usually he isn’t quite happy- he’s very conscious of how his beard looks!). We could have paid more than double at another salon. Thanks, he’ll be back :)

Nice relaxed family-friendly atmosphere, very friendly hairdresser, quick service. Hair looked great afterwards, very good value for money for a London barber. Was even served free espresso! Would definitely recommend.
