Bit disappointing they didn't have my booking, or the fact I had paid, however they still saw me and cut my hair and made me feel great.. While I was there a number of pple who had booked through treat well had the same issue and I felt sorry for the staff as they hated turning people away as it looked poorly on them, I was treated really well, and will most likely now return, they have now got a customer

Booked early morning for 10:30 appointment, got a call at 10:25 saying they had to move the appointment to 11:45 and then the appointment started 20 minutes late. Whilst I was glad to get a same day wax, it is frustrating when their booking system doesn’t match up with Treatwell. Otherwise the place and staff were very good.
