Dapper had no record of my booking and the hair cut did not include the free extras that the Treatwell web site promised.

A great haircut and shave, the stylist was very welcoming and certainly knew her stuff, good to talk to as well. A really good vibe about the place and the music was excellent to listen to
i paid for a basic facial for my partner. On arriving the assistant told him that it does not include any face mask, pore cleaning etc and she will provide these for free because he's getting married the next day. He felt she was so kind he gave her a 5 pound tip. He was then told that I didn't pay for the treatment as i said and was requested to pay 30 pounds for the facial. the cashier showed him a screen saying unpaid. I just checked in treatwell, I have paid and I suspect she just ripped him off. His skin looked now different and still has pores so, pretty worthless and bit of a scam.
