Overall a good experience, though I did feel that my brows were a bit over threaded... and am blonde and don't have much to work with, so I need everything that counts and a little too much was taken off the ends, my brows are a bit too short now. But overall I think the woman did a good job, she was thorough (I had my lip done as well) and even used scissors to shape and trim my longer eyebrow hairs.

I went for upper lip waxing, having expressly selected waxing on the app. The lady did wax me and then she wanted to do threading to remove the last hair left. I told her I didn't want threading and I asked her to remove the hair in excess with wax, but she refused. I went back this evening to do nails (I booked the two items at the same time) and I met the same lady, so I told her how I felt. She offered to wax the area but I would have to sign a disclaimer of liability. I really didn't feel like signing a disclaimer for an upper lip wax that I have done myself a million times, so I declined. I now have excess hair that I will have to remove myself and I feel like I wasted my time. The nails were ok tho. Also, it's a cash only venue, so remember to bring the cash in.
