I am disappointed.
I’ve booked a 1hr facial with massage before with Darshi & it was absolutely wonderful so I booked again but this time the appointment only lasted 45 mins & I spent 10 minutes of that lying with a face mask on while I could hear texting. I had no neck/shoulder massage which I had last time, no steamer or blankets. The room was cold & a lot more noise from outside than normal. I had a hand towel placed over me at the start of the appointment & was shivering. Very let down.
