On arrival I was told they had looked at my profile picture and decided that because I had short hair it would be better for a barber on the premises to cut it. I had booked in with a senior stylist and ended up having a barbers cut who had no blow drying technique. I felt intimidated, and came out looking a mess as I may as well have booked a dry cut at £15 with the barber. What senior ladies stylist doesn’t feel confident in cutting ladies short hair? I doubt their qualifications to advertise themselves as hairstylists .... never again

The staff was really nice and the place was so clean. Also I got a nice hair cut and sombre and they have done it beyond my expectations. Plus they did a free hair cut to my husband and they have done it perfectly. Me and my husband both very satisfied with the services they have provided us.
