I was very disappointed with my haircut at David John Hair Studio. It lasted less than 30 minutes, with the actual haircut over and done with in 10 minutes. I was told that "if you know what you're doing, it doesn't take very long" but to be honest, my hair is choppy, poorly layered and slightly uneven. I don't know if this is because the haircut happened at the end of the day, or whether they treat Treatwell customers differently, but I was amazed at how little care was taken in making sure I had the haircut I was looking for.
