I had such a great experience with Susana. From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional and thorough. She carried out a colour patch test to make sure I wouldn’t have any allergic reactions, which immediately made me feel safe and well looked after.
Her consultation was extremely detailed and informative — she really took the time to explain everything clearly. She gave me lots of helpful hints and tips on how to keep my hair healthy and prevent breakage, which I really appreciated. It’s obvious she genuinely cares about the long-term health of her clients’ hair.
Susana also carefully explained the work she would be doing and was completely transparent about the cost, so there were no surprises. I felt fully informed and confident moving forward.
Highly recommend Susana to anyone looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and caring hairdresser!
