There was a mixup with availability because the tw app isn't up to date. Ella was lovely, discussed what would look good & what I wanted, & offered good suggestions for damaged hair. She gave me a cute cut and it was a good experience. 5 stars!

In fairness, my daughter's hair cut was by Tia. This was my daughter's very first haircut (at age 6) and for her this was a very special moment. Tia made her feel so grown up and looked after her every step of the way. My daughter thought she was a real princess at the end and her hair has never looked better. Thank you to the lovely staff, all of whom were very friendly. The staff clearly love what they do, as well as being expertly skilled. But it's the love that makes the difference.
