Danielle was welcoming although there were a few initial teething problems. I had decided to book my hair appointment on the day as there were still spaces. However, this made for a complication as it did not seem to get sent over to Danielle as she seemed confused when I appeared for my appointment. Thankfully she was still happy to accommodate me so I went away for a walk then came back shortly after and then she gave me a great hair cut. She was very apologetic and I would go back again.

Danielle is not only absolutely lovely, but really knowledgeable. The manufacturer of the extensions made a mistake with the shade, but Danielle immediately corrected it, and even took time out of her own personal time to help with aftercare. Gave me super clear maintenance instructions and advice, as well as some new confidence! Can't recommend her enough.
