Lady had a lovely personality! However, I got burnt from the wax in a few places (including my intimate area!) Leaving scars/bruising and cracked skin. I did explain that the wax was too hot and she proceeded anyway.
Also, timing was a issue. I got there at my appointment time and she was running behind. Then a lady who had came in after me was seen first. Meaning I was left waiting 20 minutes - in unfriendly environment. Lady didn't even apologise for the long wait time.
Wouldn't recommend.

If you need your nails done - this really is the best place to go. I always love how I look and feel when I leave. Thank you Kashera! The gel nails last for ages. Really great going to a small local business too ✨
