I hadn't been to a hairdressers for 15 years and was a more than a bit nervous. I saw Lily who put me at ease instantly. She understood my hair type, explained what would and wouldn't work and gave me a fantastic cut! I couldn't fault a single thing. I can't wait to book my next appointment. Thank you so much!
