Showed photos and discussed golden/copper tones to compliment my naturally red hair. Walked out with an ashy, mousy brown that in no way resembled what I’d asked for. Went back for a correction and again discussed what I was looking for. Somehow left with even darker hair with a completely non-human, almost purple tint.

My daughter had a hair cut here. Dean is so pleasant and nice and makes everyone feel at ease. He did a nice hair cut.
