I was crammed into a tiny dirty room that looked like a stock room and asked to sit on a wobbly bench over a tank of fish. The job takes 20 mins at my usual place, here it took an hour and it wasn't because they did extra prep as I thought, she was just incredibly, painfully slow. I had to hold the towel myself while turning, which is not easy to do especially on a wobbly table, and I was left with more missed bits than normal, plus wax all over my legs which never usually happens. The woman doing it seemed incredibly unsure of the whole thing and I wouldn't book here again for waxing as I'm now having to buy a razor to shave as there was so much missed it wasn't worth having.
