I am sad to have to leave a negative review, the ladies were honestly so nice and welcoming, but I’m very disappointed in the service itself. I paid for a cut and blow dry, but because there was another client waiting, I was given a rough diffuser dry to my long wavy hair. My appointment also started late because of another client prior to me which wasn’t an issue, but it’s a shame when alaxander sugggestrd can she just dry it, I didn’t honestly mean just a diffuser (basically air dry).
