Booked the day before and treatment cancelled on the day due to short-staffing. Staff member left a voice message 45 min before my appointment - the message was not clear at all and I could not understand what she was saying. I phoned back but I was told she was in a treatment. On my way to the scheduled appointment she called back and said they had to cancel me. Quite disappointing. My last treatment witg them was rescheduled due to the same issue but they were able to rebook the same day and I was given a small free gift for the inconvenience. They seem to have staffing issues - I hope it gets sorted out.
