It is a nice place and very accessible. Facialist was lovely but the decleor facial isn't for me, unfortunately. I developed bumps and zits the next day.
Who would have known that such a gem existed on Oxford St. I think my masseur's name was Francesca and she was great. She talked me through options in my treatment and customised it to suit my needs. I told her I was going out afterwards and she made sure I had time and space to redo my makeup so I was ready to go! The massage was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep and she talked me though their other options for the next time I go back
Lovely staff and atmosphere.
My only comment is the bikini wax doesn't go very high. This should be made a little clearer.
