Lovely place and nice staff but eyebrow waxing was just ok, I felt like there could have been a better finish as I couldn't really tell id had them done
Therapist turned up late. Didn't bother reading or even picking up the medical form I had completed - it was just left on a table in the store, and contained detailed information about me. Therapist quite clumsy, dropped the hot stones on my foot at one point. Such a shame, because the last time I went to this venue I had a different therapist who was wonderful. Clearly it depends who you get.
This is one of the best massages I've had both from an overall experience and the actual massage. A pet hate for me is when a therapist never asks if the pressure is right, checks the temperature of the room with you etc. These are basic things but in my experience most people don't do it. Lydia is a great therapist, she listened to what I needed done and adapted the treatment accordingly.
I actually think this spa is a good hidden oasis. Once in the rooms, you can't hear any noise from the department store. Whilst probably on the pricier side to other salons, its worth the money. I'd been looking, for a very long time, for a place to go for a regular massage and I think I have now found it!
