The therapist was amazing but the massage wasn't anything special - it's very gentle. The eye treatment is incredible and I left feeling refreshed
Great way to end your shopping day! They'll try to sell their products but other than that the venue and staff were excellent.
It would have been 5 stars for everything, my therapist Lydia was wonderful, however I had to mark the ambiance down as House of Fraser deem it important to have announcements, promoting whatever they're doing in the store, beamed into the treatment room (loudly...), spoiling the carefully crafted ambiance my therapist was seeking to achieve - I implore HoF to switch off the speaker in the treatment room (unless there's an emergency of course), the only thing I should be able to hear is the music the therapist plays and the sound of my cares floating away, not 'promotion on floor 3 on cups and saucers' (or whatever) blasted into my brain... Other than that Decleor and their staff are doing a great job, just their host is letting them down.
I booked the Discovery facial which was fantastic and really left skin glowing. For a 30 minute treatment I was worried this would include the consultation time but was pleased to find out this was a full 30 minute facial after the consultation. This was really great value for money and in a lovely location away from the huddle and bustle of the shop.
