I had an amazing time at the spa, every minute was well worth it. I will be returning on a monthly basis for sure! My face feels so rejuvenated and dewy! =)

Arrived 3 10 pm (appt 3 00 pm) due to transport delays. Beautician rather unpleasant and advised unable to have one hour treatment as planned. Apparently beauticians at Decleor House of Fraser do not plan for 10 or 15 minutes after each appointment and before the next appointment. Eventually the appointment extended to one hour as originally planned and treatments were good. Client did not arrive for 4 pm appointment!
