Tucked away in the basement of House of Fraser you basically cannot hear any hustling of the department store which was surprising. Although I had to wait a bit at the counter for my treatment I understood it was a bank holiday friday and they were short of staff - i wasnt in a rush anyways! The girl who did my treatment was VERY helpful and she explained everything she was doing, with good pressure. Small talks but not overbearing which was exactly what I needed. After the massage she also told me how she found out problematic areas of my body and told me how to be cautious etc which was very thoughtful. She did not oversell her products which was good and she also did offer me some free samples and told me to try out - which in my opinion was a nice touch and I'd definitely return to purchase if the products are right for me! She also noticed small details of my body as I was having a reaction and eczema and she even went out of her way to get a small sample of their cooling gel to help me sooth my itching. I didnt quite catch her name but she is the petite blonde girl with a fantastic energy working at Decleor! Definitely recommending her for your treatment and for the price i paid it is DEFINITELY a bargain. Absolutely lovely experience!! Thank you!
I had the glow power boost facial with Eden and it was fantastic! Eden really took the time to make sure the products were right for my skin. The 30 minute facial was very relaxing and perfect for a quick pick me up- it was also great value for money for a spa in central London. I'll definitely book again.
Amazing facial. Very happy with the results. Eden did a fantastic job. Will be back for sure.
