Overall a very positive and enriching experience. Hayley was great - knowledgeable, professional but warm and friendly. My only suggestion would be to have a bit more time with one of the staff afterwards to explain the products more fully.

I really enjoyed the treatment, it was a real pleasure! Don't be put off by the fact that treatment rooms are inside department store, because you wouldn't hear a sound.
