My therapist was skilled and worked hard. However I felt very rushed afterwards by another lady that told me off for putting my make on. I was meeting my husband afterwards and spent the money on a good facial to look my best. This totally took me away from a nice experience and turned it into feeling uncomfortable situation. I feel a spa should be like your home warm and welcoming. Tea and time to chat making people feel welcome.
I'm sorry to write this as my treatment was good. I do feel the music could be set up in each room to give the therapist and client a personal choice to create feeling and mood. A warm drink and time to relax would of made it. The store is so big but the space is not being used to make people welcome. I think a store layout review would make clients spend more time and maybe more money. Thank you for a nice facial and my skin is soft, I hope my feedback can make a difference to what you do.

Had a vitamin facial, it was a really relaxing treatment that starts with a mini back massage. Products are all really lovely and the treatment was enjoyable. I would say it’s probably a more basic holistic facial but done in a really lovely style. No steam, no extraction (but lovely and relaxing)
