Wow! What fantastic treatments. I had a massage followed by the Pilates facial. The facial was incredible. Emily was amazing, the facial was super relaxing and really thorough. My skin looked incredible afterwards. I highly recommend Emily, this salon and particularly the Pilates facial. I am SO going back!

I had a Moisture Quench facial (not the non-surgical facelift that the Treatwell App is trying to making me review) that I booked while it had a special offer. The overall experience was nice - I think I actually subconsciously fell asleep and I felt very light after the facial - however I’m glad I got it on offer as I’m not sure it’s worth the full amount. I’ve had other facials in the past with other spas that felt better and left me with a better result at the end. There were some parts of the treatment that had a vast change in temperature which didn’t feel very comfortable - for example, a warm towel was placed on my face for about 2 seconds and then taken off and then ice cold cotton pads were instantly used all over my face which sent chills down my whole body! There was also the use of paper towels (?) to dry off excess moisture on my face at various parts during the treatment which I thought was very strange. At the end, I had the quickest run through of some of the products used and I didn’t feel very educated as to what had actually happened or been used during the facial. It feels a little bittersweet typing this review..for me, it didn’t feel as luxury as it could have been; a genuinely lovely experience overall (with some small negative downsides) but probably only worth it when not full price. I would, however, like to go again to try another treatment in the future to see if the experience is more positive.
