I loved how the spa was clean and well decorated. Nice staff.
Did not enjoy the music during the facial.
Thought the facial was really average, nothing special at all. The massage bit was really weak.
Disappointed that after the treatment there is no water or tea offered.

I couldn’t have the treatment I scheduled for medical reasons, but my therapist was absolutely amazing. She gave me a delightful facial and even arranged for me to use the remaining time on a different day (even though I was happy to forgo it!).
I never leave any bad reviews anywhere but I feel this one is well deserved. I have been to Decléor a few times now and have also purchased some products as I love the brand. I always book 1h treatments but when I tried to so it this time there was no availability so I booked a 30min one. The therapist was great and the treatment was as good as the other times. I have a loyalty card where I get stamps everytime I go there and when I was paying, I requested to have a stamp. To my surprise, the lady who was taking my payment tells me that because I “only” had a 30’ treatment I can’t have a stamp. I told her I had been to the salon already a few times but she said I needed to book 1h next time to get a stamp. I left disappointed and frankly pissed off, I found this to be terrible customer service, especially to someone who has already spent hundreds of pounds there. Funny how a loyalty card actually made you lose a loyal customer, will never go back there.
