Great staff but the service description on Treatwell didn't specify what kind of waxing this is - and it's NOT hot waxing, it's strip waxing!! Luckily the beautician was very helpful and did all she could in the circumstances.

lovely treatment by an equally lovely staff member, who clearly knew her stuff and was happy to work on problem areas. Some teething issues with new venue (couldn't figure out how to adjust lighting, staff coming from all over the country so no continuity, slow computers) but nothing that would stop me coming back.
