Started with a back massage which was too long. I booked a facial...
Everything put on my face didn't feel as though it was thoroughly wiped off. Including the white face mask which when I got home discovered was still on my forehead cheek and nose.
The massage ( facial Pilates) was very unsatisfactorily. I have a better massage when I have a normal massage at my other spa also in Notting hill
Overall the experience was very disappointing
Plus music in the room too loud and you can still hear people upstairs in the shop chatting.
Hardly relaxing in any way.
Excellent treatment in gorgeous surroundings. I felt like a new woman afterwards!

I had a facial with Flavio, and he was wonderful! Absolutely professional and very attentive, I felt so relaxed and refreshed - my skin glowed! Decleor is a wonderful product, the smell is divine and this boutique store is located in a smart area, nearby there are places to grab a bite before or after and I really enjoyed my time here. I will definitely recommend and will come back!
