Wasn't clear on the webite what kind of bikini wax was being given as there was no choice. I had wanted all my hair removed but only had half done. The staff were very friendly and helpful however and it was made a comfortable experience (as much as possible!)

Massage itself was good although it would have been nice to have some neck/shoulders work - this seemed to have been forgotten. Room wasn’t great, it was used to store things in as well as as a treatment room and the water looked very old and in a bottle that didn’t seem clean. Therapist was very nice and personable.
