Very friendly staff, apologized for a 5 minute wait. The room was clean and spacious so there was no awkward shifting. Dome music would be I've however. Would definitely recommend again.

This is the first time I ever had full facial wax at a salon. I was really impressed with my waxing session. Banon was the lady who did my waxing she gave me a really nice facial massage to ensure the wax does not irritate my skin. I will definitely be going back to Banon for facial waxing.

I arrived in plenty of time for my haircut and asked if I could have my eyebrows threaded too. She agreed but unfortunately almost scalped my eyebrows AND managed to cut my eyelid on one eye.
The haircut was even worse. I explained I wanted it trimmed back to my normal high back bob. Firstly she didn't cut the shape at the back into the neck. so explained what I wanted - she then trimmed it a bit more, but then started to blow dry my hair, not having touched the front of my hair at all. I decided against explaining again that I was expecting a full haircut rather than just a trim up of the back. I just had no confidence in her by this time. She blow dried without any products at all and to be frank, I could have done a better job. I paid, and left.
