The shop looks very dirty but staff is very polite. Served some very nice coffee while waiting but the shop need a big refurbishment as the first impression is very bad. If I wasn't needed an urgent haircut I would have just run away. Otherwise the haircut was good and they were very careful with my hair, but also would be nice if they would show what brand they're using as shampoos and conditioners and others and it would be good for business if they could high quality brands like Loreal, Kerastase and so on.

The staff were really friendly, offered me something to drink, was attentive and informative to me, I’m happy with my eyebrows, highly recommended Dee’s hair and beauty Upton park East London.
