My appointment was at 10am, I arrived at 9.50am to find the shutters down and the salon very much closed. I rang to enquire using the mobile number in my text message and was told that they were opening right now. When the salon opened I noticed that they opened at 10am. Had I realised I would have booked a little later so that my appointment could start on time. I was led to a room and my therapist tapped the bed to indicate I should get on it. I had never had any reflexology of any kind so had no idea what to expect. The actual treatment was very nice - i love massage of any kind and my feet really appreciated it! However during the treatment my therapist left the room twice for short periods to deal with her colleague, which I found a bit strange and wasn't very relaxing! And considering we didn't start exactly at 10am, and she popped out twice, the 1 hour treatment still finished at bang on 11am. So all in all, treatment was good while it was going on - just a bit of a strange experience. I may go again at a different time when they're not so rushed and see if that makes a difference.

I have been here several times and the service is great. All the ladies are friendly and professional and the massage is always good. The place is clean and you can relax with some tea afterwards. It's a place for men and women and I'd definitely recommend it.
